We are Jonathan & Cassandra Lawson, husband & wife duo (formerly of Warner recording artist group The Railers) based in Nashville, TN and recently moved back to AZ to focus on composing sync placements for film and television in LA/Nashville/Europe.

We sold most of our belongings in December 2017, packed the rest into a small storage unit, and traveled the world determined to rediscover our artistic voices and pair our autobiography to music. After our travels abroad, we came back to our native state to dive into writing our record and inspire the next generations of artists by volunteering and teaching private lessons in violin/mando/guitar/banjo and artist coaching.

We are also writing scripts and short film narratives for commercials with our film director partner at Allied Pictures and will be filming and directing our own visual art pieces for our upcoming album.

When we’re not performing live, we love being studio cats for other artists and can play anything from classical concertos & Jazz to electric pop & country/bluegrass.

We have been very fortunate in our career and do not take a single opportunity for granted—we’re both so excited about being home and becoming a part of the Arizona artist community!
